tiny snapshots of history locked in stone
in my collection
lived well many years ago

holding much love
and hurt
in the present

carrying the pain
and agony
of the past

storing hope
and secrets
for the future

buried deep beneath
buried but not lost,
it waits to be found

carrying and carried through the tree of loss & wealth
